What we do
Our customers are individual resellers active on Swiss online marketplaces. When they list, sell or receive payments, we send a single transactional notification so they don't have to refresh the marketplace page. That's it — no newsletters, no promotions, no third-party ads.
📨 Sale confirmations
One email per completed sale. Item name, amount, order reference. Plain transactional content.
⏱ Payout reminders
If a sale is waiting for the seller to confirm payout details, we send a short reminder until it's resolved.
🔁 Status changes
Listing reactivated, sale cancelled by the buyer, payout completed — only the events that need your attention.
🛑 Easy off-switch
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe header and link. We honour them within minutes.
How opt-in works
Sellers opt in by submitting the form below or by replying to an onboarding email forwarded by their marketplace contact. Once subscribed, you receive only transactional messages tied to your own activity. We never sell, share or sublicense your email address, and we never include your address in marketing campaigns.
Sending infrastructure
Emails are dispatched through Postmark
(postmarkapp.com),
a Swiss-AGB-compliant transactional ESP. The sending domain is
ricardo.team, with DKIM, SPF and DMARC fully configured.
We log every send with a Message-ID for traceability.
